05

Payments and Transaction Information

Payments are processed by Stripe or by another payment method displayed at checkout. The relevant payment provider may receive information required to authorise, process and complete the transaction, including your name, billing details, purchase amount, currency and payment credentials.

Ad Vitals does not require you to send full payment-card numbers, banking passwords or payment security codes by email, through a contact form or in a customer-support request.

Stripe and other payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices and security practices. Ad Vitals may receive the payment status, payment-method type, transaction reference, order amount, currency and limited billing information needed to maintain the order, provide downloads, process refunds and keep financial records.

Ad Vitals does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

06

Cookies, Sessions, Analytics and Advertising Measurement

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, maintain cart and account sessions, protect checkout activity, understand website usage, measure advertising performance and improve the customer experience.

These technologies may include:

  • Essential website and WooCommerce cookies used to maintain cart contents, customer sessions, account access, security and other core website functions.
  • Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand website traffic, referral sources, page activity, device and browser information, approximate location and actions taken on the website.
  • Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, the Conversions API, which help us measure advertising performance, attribute conversions and understand actions taken after a person views or interacts with an advertisement.
  • Other security, performance and technical technologies used to protect, maintain and troubleshoot the website.

Analytics and advertising technologies may receive information such as your browser and device type, Internet Protocol address, approximate location, referring page, pages visited, cookie or device identifiers and website-event information.

Website events may include viewing a product, adding a product to the cart, beginning checkout and completing a purchase. Purchase-related events may include the product, order value, currency and transaction identifier. We do not intentionally send full payment-card numbers or card security codes to Google Analytics or Meta for advertising measurement.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and review the privacy and advertising controls available through your Meta account.

Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, customer account or download functions from operating correctly. Privacy requirements vary by location, and the website may adjust, restrict or provide additional controls for certain technologies where required by applicable law.

07

How Long Information Is Kept

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing products and support, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal or accounting obligations.

Retention periods may differ by category. For example, order and payment records may be kept longer than routine technical logs or abandoned sessions. Previous order information may also be retained where reasonably necessary to confirm product ownership, download access and upgrade eligibility.

09

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

The website may use service providers, technical infrastructure or storage systems located in different countries. As a result, personal information may be processed outside the country where you live.

Where required, reasonable contractual, technical or other safeguards may be used for international processing and transfers so that the transferred information receives a comparable standard of protection.
